Cooking garlic gently in extra-virgin olive oil transforms the cloves into soft, golden and naturally sweet bites. This is a delicious and simple grilled lamb recipe with thick natural yoghurt, fresh mint, garlic, cumin, coriander and cayenne pepper. The yoghurt spice paste helps to keep the lamb tender, juicy and flavorful. πŸ₯© Ingredients : - 4 small lamb chump chops (about 2cm / ¾ inch thick) approximately 400g - 6 tablespoons of thick natural plain yoghurt or curd - 2 large cloves of garlic, cloves peeled Mint leaves: a handful of fresh mint leaves - 1 teaspoon ground cumin - 1 teaspoon ground coriander - ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper - 1 teaspoon salt Add black pepper to taste. πŸ‘¨‍🍳 Method : 1.
